Airline Reservations : Should you decide to spend time in your property during the summer or winter season and fly over on a scheduled flight to Istanbul's Atatürk Airport (instead of getting a charter flight), we can book your connecting flight ticket from our office in Turkey so that it is ready for your collection at Atatürk Airport, this will be cheaper for you than booking it in your country of residence. Cost: quotation available on request. Furniture, Fixtures & Fittings Once you have purchased your property, if you would like to buy furniture, have your house re-tiled etc, we can take you to reputable stores, where you would get a wide selection of goods at reasonable prices. We also offer full furniture packages starting from £4,000 for a 2 bedroom property. For our clients with limited time or take a hands off role we can also furnish your property in your absence. Cost: We do not charge for assisting with furniture shopping and will only visit shops within the immediate resort areas. Custom furniture packs and furnishing packs quotations available on reuest. Household Insurance : We can help you organise insurance for the contents in your property. We work with Aviva (Commercial Union). Cost: quotation available on request. Building Insurance : Should clients wish to insure their property we can help them do so. Cost: quotation available on request. Residency Visas : If you decide to reside on a permanent basis in Turkey, we can help you organise your residency visa. Cost: we only charge for petrol costs (you will pay the residency visa fees directly to the government). Airport Transfer : We offer a personalised service of collecting you from the airport and transporting you to your holiday home.
