Year round service
- Regular checks on your holiday home to ensure that everything is ok
- First class communication. Kaya Estate can be contacted round the clock via e-mail or phone to answer any questions and keep our clients updated of any works.
- Organise any minor repairs to be carried out in your absence. We will advise you if there are any major jobs needed and arrange quotes for you
- Liaise with your insurance company in the event of any claims
- Pay bills on your behalf
- Act as your representative for any of your guests
- Assist with generating rental bookings
Annual Fees
- £250.00 for a 1 bedroom apartment (Fethiye region)
- £250.00 for a 2 bedroom apartment
- £350.00 for 3 bedroom apartment
- £350.00 for a 4 bedroom villa
- £400.00 for a 5 bedroom villa

Kaya Estate service
Thorough clean of your property before you or your guest arrives, change of bed linen and ensure utilities are switched on.
- Provide a welcome pack, prices from £10
- Cleaner / maid service including property clean, change linen and towels from £25 per visit
- Member of Kaya Estate team greets your rental customers as soon as possible after arrival. Providing information on the accommodation, resort, excursions etc
- Check the property on your guests departure
Transfers & car hire
- We can arrange transfers and car hire for you through our partner ‘Oscar rent a car’
